Steve Lasker has announced that the first CTP of the Microsoft Sync Services has been released.  A new blog has been setup to provide an FAQ for this technology here at www.sqlserverce.org. Further links of interest are:

The client technology that ships with this CTP is version 3.5 of SQL Server Compact Edition - to be released as part of the Orcas ship cycle.
